TCYSA Referee Guidelines
Below are a set of rules that
have been set in place to help this season run as smooth as possible. If
at anytime you have a question about these, please let me know as soon as
possible.
Scheduling games: To begin
scheduling games, click on the GAMES link at the top of the page. The
system will allow you to start scheduling games up to 2
weeks in advance. To give everyone ample
opportunity to get the games they want, the system will not allow you more
than 3
games per day. This restriction will be
lifted
2 days before a game day
to allow you to pick up 6 games
that were not assigned during regular sign up
period.
Removing games:
If for some reason
you cannot make a game or games that you orginally signed up for, you
must contact me no later than 1 day
before game day. If I do not receive notification, and you do not show up
for your game, your games for the following week will be revoked. You will
not be allowed to sign up for games 2 weeks after the week that was
missed. Contact information: I want to be as
accessible to you as I possibly can be. I will be your main contact and
champion into the rest of the organization. If a problem ever arrises with
a player, coach, parent, board member, or myself, please let me know as
soon as possible so that we can quickly work it out. (Contact
information will be posted on Log In page, I only ask that you not call
after 10:30 pm). Again I can't stress enough that
I am here to help you all in any way possible!! If there is anything that
you think should be added to this site or the functionality of the
assigning process, please let me know. I want to Thank You all in
advance for the hard work you will do this season. Without your help, the
kids could not play this wonderful game. Thanks and have a great
